We can provide witnesses for an additional fee of $25 each. Additional meetings or rehearsals can be held at an additional charge of $25 per hour. Additional time required may be billed at $25 per hour Duration times are never written in stone, and a few extra minutes are always expected and normally only billed for if more than 30 minutes. Ceremonies are preformed by your chosen officiant. Some traditions and ceremonies are best preformed with an assistant. If a tradition or ceremony you request requires assistance, we will let you know. Their time will be billed for at $25 per hour, normally 2 hours for ceremony and 2 hours for rehearsal. A travel distance of 25 miles (50 mile round trip) is included in all ceremonies. This is based on our Burien location. Additional mileage will be billed at current IRS allowance. Additional requested or required services not included in ceremony packages will be billed at cost plus 10% 
PaymentsA non-refundable booking fee of $50 (to be applied to package cost) is required to
secure your date. If there is a rehearsal a payment of $100 (to be applied to package cost) at the end of the rehearsal is requested. For time related to additional rehearsals or meetings payment for the estimated time is appreciated at the end of the rehearsal or meeting. Balance of payment is required prior to ceremony. Currently we are only able to accept money order, cashiers check, or cash. 
DiscountsWe support our troops and want to thank you for your service. If either of you are in any branch of the US Armed Forces, currently active, reserve or retired, let us know at our first meeting (please bring valid military ID or papers). Receive a $25 discount on the Wedding with Rehearsal and Wedding without Rehearsal and a $10 discount on the Small or Basic Ceremonies.
